[Image Description: 15 people sit around a large square made of smaller tables. Each table has a white table cloth on it. The guests sit on white chairs that have shiny, metallic legs. On the table are people’s belongings, pieces of paper, pens, notepads, and audio recorders. A man towards the far right of the photo is speaking and pointing to a projected image onto a standing screen. The guests either look at him or the screen. The image projected reads “A Real World Example: Sugar Hill Children’s Museum” at the top and “PROJECT OVERVIEW” with a paragraph written below it. The screen is in front of a dark grey wall and to its left is an easel with flip chart paper. To the right of the image is a row of windows with the shades half drawn.]

OnCue Analytics' Saul Shemesh and Rehan Ansari led two workshops, each with 2016 Rubin Foundation grantees, going over not only how to identify metrics that best suit each institution, but how to conduct metrics in a sustainable, beneficial method.
